About

Joline Dalton, M.S., provides genetic counseling services to patients and families in the Neuromuscular Clinic at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare. She helps families understand how inheritance plays a role in neuromuscular conditions, and she consults with families about carrier and presymptomatic testing. She also works with clinic staff to interpret results and coordinate next steps. Dalton obtained her master’s degree in genetic counseling from the University of Minnesota. She is active in the university’s Muscular Dystrophy Center and Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic. She offers genetics lectures to residents at Regions Hospital and in the University of Minnesota genetic counseling program. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and the American Board of Genetic Counseling.

She sees patients at Gillette’s St. Paul Campus.
