Martin Lacey, M.D., is board-certified in plastic surgery by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. At Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, he specializes in cleft lip/palate and craniosynostosis repair as well as other craniofacial surgeries. He also has interests in congenital hand deformities, hemangiomas and ear deformities.

Lacey received his medical degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta in Canada and completed a plastic surgery residency and clinical fellowship at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In addition, he finished a craniofacial fellowship at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He also performed visiting fellowships with D. Marchac in Paris, K. Lauritzen in Goteborg, Sweden and I. Jackson in Southfield, Mich.

Lacey belongs to several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Cleft Palate/Craniofacial Association.
