Children’s Miracle Network is a national organization dedicated to increasing awareness and raising funds for 170 children’s hospitals throughout the U.S. In Minnesota and western Wisconsin, the fundraising efforts of Children’s Miracle Network sponsor organizations benefit Gillette. Sponsors range from area businesses to national companies with locally-based locations.
Miracle Treat Day is Thursday, August 5!
Dairy Queen Miracle Treat Day is a day-long event during which Dairy Queens throughout North America donate $1 or more per Blizzard treat sold to Children's Miracle Network hospitals. All funds raised by Dairy Queens in Minnesota and western Wisconsin benefit Gillette. On August 5, why not enjoy a Blizzard with your family, friends — even your coworkers? You'll enjoy a tasty treat while helping kids served by Gillette.
A National Organization with a Local Impact
Through Children’s Miracle Network fundraising, Minnesota businesses ensure their fundraising dollars benefit children served by their local children’s hospital — that’s Gillette! Businesses right in your neighborhood are raising money to support the care Gillette provides to for children who have disabilities and traumatic injuries.
It’s Easy to Get Involved
Whether you’re an area company, a school or an individual, there’s many ways to support Gillette and Children’s Miracle Network. Here’s some ideas to get you started:
- Collect spare change at your school or company
- Plan a fundraiser bake sale with your school or neighborhood
- Host a company-wide golf tournament, wine-tasting, or bowl-a-thon
- Organize a softball or kickball tournament
- Encourage your child to hold a lemonade stand for Gillette
- Create an office-wide “casual” day, with staff paying to dress down
