Endoscopic resection of a facial mass

A 6-month-old girl presented with an enlarging frontal mass with a non-diagnostic MRI (fig. 1). During a same-day procedure, the mass was resected endoscopically through an incision just above the hairline. It was determined to be a benign hemangioma. There has been no recurrence of the mass and her scalp incision is imperceptible (fig. 2).
