Minnesota Children with Special Health Needs (MCSHN) clinics see Minnesota children ages 0 - 21. These clinics have, in addition to the technology team, children's specialty doctors, physical therapists and others to assess children, make diagnoses, and recommend further evaluation and/or treatment. For appointments, call 1-800-578-4266. (MCSHN is a section of the Family Health Division of the Minnesota Department of Health.)
Community Clinics are open to people of all ages and supported through various community groups, including the regional Community Action Networks, United Ways, local foundations, and local service providers.
