ReelAbilities: Minneapolis/St. Paul Disabilities Film Festival
November 1 to 5, 2013
Minneapolis/St. Paul Venues
The dual mission of ReelAbilities: Minneapolis-St. Paul Disability Film Festival is to educate and to change perceptions about the potential of individuals with disabilities, reducing any stigma regarding people with physical and/or cognitive disabilities.
Film subjects run the gamut from autism to Cerebral Palsy to Down Syndrome to Aphasia to Blindness. Post-screening discussions and other engaging programs bring together the community to explore, discuss, embrace and celebrate the diversity of our shared human experience. The festival runs November 1-5, 2013 at selected Twin Cities theaters.
