Gillette Lifetime Specialty Healthcare Clinic (for Older Teens and Adults)

We believe that children who have disabilities deserve a lifetime of excellent health care—from birth through adulthood. That’s why we offer Gillette Lifetime Specialty Healthcare services for teens and adults who have disabilities and complex conditions that began during childhood.

Gillette Lifetime provides outpatient services for our teen and adult patients. Located just 1.5 miles from our St. Paul Campus, Gillette Lifetime is a comfortable, accessible and wheelchair-friendly environment for older patients.

Starting in spring 2016, we’ll have two clinics at 435 Phalen Blvd. in St. Paul:

Take 35E south to the University Avenue exit. Turn left on University Avenue. Turn left on Olive Street. Turn right on Phalen Boulevard. Turn left on Cayuga Street. Turn right on Arkwright Street. Take a right into the clinic parking lot. Parking is free.

Woodbury, Wisconsin, etc.
Take 94 west to the Mounds Boulevard/Kellogg Boulevard exit. Take Mounds Boulevard north and turn left on 7th Street. Take 7th Street to Lafayette Road and turn right. Turn left onto University Avenue. Turn right onto Olive Street. Turn right onto Phalen Boulevard and move into the left lane. Cross the bridge and turn left on Cayuga Street. Take a right into the clinic parking lot.

From Gillette’s St. Paul Campus

From the parking ramp, turn right on Jackson Street. Then turn right on University Avenue. Follow University Avenue to Mississippi Street and turn left. Turn right on Phalen Boulevard. Cross the bridge and turn left on Cayuga Street. Take a right into the clinic parking lot.
