Maple Grove Clinic
Our Maple Grove Clinic offers families in the northern and western Twin Cities convenient access to Gillette’s specialty services. The clinic is located off Interstate 94 in Maple Grove, Minn., approximately 30 miles northwest of our St. Paul Campus.
We offer appointments with physicians who specialize in many areas, along with extensive rehabilitation and assistive technology services. Our facilities and technology are designed to support the needs of patients and their families.

Take Highway 610 west to Highway 169 south. Follow Highway 169 to 94/694 west (toward St. Cloud). Exit on Maple Grove Parkway/ County Road 30 (exit No. 213) and turn right onto Maple Grove Parkway. Take the first right onto Upland Lane North. Turn left into the parking lot.
St. Paul
Take 35E north to 694 west. Continue west for about 20 miles, following 94/694 (toward St. Cloud). Exit on Maple Grove Parkway/County Road 30 (exit No. 213) and turn right onto Maple Grove Parkway. Take the first right onto Upland Lane North. Turn left into the parking lot.

Take 494 north to 94 west (toward St. Cloud). Exit on Maple Grove Parkway/County Road 30 (exit No. 213) and turn right onto Maple Grove Parkway. Take the first right onto Upland Lane North. Turn left into the parking lot.
