Would you like to get convenient text reminders of your Gillette appointments on your mobile phone?

If so, it’s easy to sign up. Here’s everything you need to know.

What types of mobile text messages can Gillette send?
Gillette can send automated text reminders of future appointments to your mobile phone. If you sign up for the service, you’ll receive reminders seven and three days before your next appointment.

If you have appointments at one Gillette location, you’ll be reminded only of your first appointment of the day. If you have appointments at more than one Gillette location, you’ll receive reminders for your first appointment of the day at each Gillette facility.

Can I get appointment reminders at several cellphone numbers?
We can only send reminders to one cellphone number for each patient.

How do I sign up for text messages?
Just call our main scheduling line (651-290-8707), or ask when you schedule your next appointment.

How much will the text service cost?
Gillette doesn’t charge you for reminder texts. Data rates may apply, however, depending upon your wireless service agreement. Check with your wireless carrier to learn whether you’re charged for text messages you receive or send.

What should I do if I change my cellphone number?
Call our main scheduling line (651-290-8707) and explain that you want to update your contact information.

Can I opt out if I no longer want to receive text messages from Gillette?
Yes. To opt out, just text STOP to 53103.

What if I opt out but later want to opt in again?
You can re-enroll by calling Gillette’s main scheduling line (651-290-8707), or ask to re-enroll when you schedule your next appointment.
