Job Shadowing Program at Gillette
The job shadowing program at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare allows people who are interested in health care careers to observe Gillette staff on the job.
To participate in the job shadowing program, you must:
- Be 16 years of age or older.
- Provide up-to-date immunization records, including proof of a flu vaccine (during flu season).
Due to high demand, observers may not observe the same discipline more than once or observe more than once per semester.
To apply to the job shadowing program, complete the form below. In order to be considered for the program, you must complete the entire application, including proof of immunizations.
Due to staff availability, we’re not always able to provide a job shadow match. If you don’t receive a match within 4 weeks of submitting your application, please reapply.
NOTE: Due to high demand and filled shadowing spots, these departments are not accepting shadows at this time:
- Rehabilitation Therapies (Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies)
- Orthopedics and Surgical Inpatient Nursing Unit
Please continue checking back on this page for open availabilities.
