We’re here to help. As liaisons, our role is to help you as providers and other referral sources connect with Gillette Children’s experts.

Our Work Includes

  • Cultivating new referral relationships
  • Partnering with existing referring providers to understand any needs, discuss new programs, and thank them for their referrals
  • Introducing our experts to referring providers and bridge communications
  • Representing Gillette by attending programs and events to build awareness

About Our Team

Reyna Staats 

With a strong foundation in business development from the financial sector, Reyna continues to expand her expertise in pediatrics and the healthcare environment. She enjoys building meaningful connections and helping providers and families navigate their care decisions with confidence. 

Reyna holds a double major in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and is fluent in Spanish. With several years of experience in the medical industry, Reyna excels at developing trusted provider relationships. She is passionate about connecting people to Gillette Children’s and ensuring they have the support and information needed to deliver the best possible care.

Tara Swedberg

Tara is a natural fit for her liaison role, bringing experience from the pharmaceutical and medical device fields and a long-standing connection to Gillette. Both as an employee and as the parent of a Gillette patient, she has spent many years walking through Gillette’s doorways, giving her a deep, personal understanding of the organization and its mission. 

She graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in Biology and a minor in Business.
