Barbara Joers became Gillette’s chief executive officer in October, 2013. She received a bachelor’s degree in hospital administration from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and a master’s degree in health services management and policy from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Kit Brady has been vice president of Human Resources, Education and Guest Experience at Gillette since 2014. Brady received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and drama from the University of Dallas and a Master of Fine Arts degree in theater directing and management from the University of Minnesota. She also received a Master of Arts degree in human resources management from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Brady is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds SHRM certifications as a Senior Certified Professional, Group Benefits Associate and Senior Professional Human Resources. She enjoys gardening, kayaking, and yoga. Brady is a long-time block club leader, and has organized National Night Out events for more than 15 years.
Karen Brill has been vice president of patient care at Gillette since 2009 and chief nursing officer at Gillette since 1999. Brill received a Baccalaureate of Nursing from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University in Nebraska. She’s a member of the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Sigma Theta Tau and the American College of Healthcare Executives. In her free time, she enjoys playing cello, traveling and learning new languages.
James Haddican has been vice president of Finance at Gillette since 1999. Haddican received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Colorado. He’s a member of the Children’s Hospital Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Minnesota Hospital Association.
Dennis Jolley became vice president for Institutional Advancement in January, 2015. Jolley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and behavioral science and health from the University of Utah and a Master of Public Health, Epidemiology and Social Medicine degree from the Utah School of Medicine. He also received a Master of Education degree in teaching and learning theory from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. Jolley is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, the Association for Strategic Planning, the CMO Club, the American Marketing Association, the International Association of Business Communicators and the Public Relations Society for America. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, fitness, food and travel.
Paula Montgomery joined Gillette as general counsel in 2014. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, sociology and pre-law from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. Montgomery received a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She’s a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management. In addition, she serves on the in-house counsel committees of both the Children’s Hospital Association and the Minnesota Hospital Association. In her free time, she enjoys travel, reading, yoga and spending time with family and friends.
