Our outpatient services are open and ready to safely care for your medical needs. Our Duluth Clinic offers families in northeastern Minnesota convenient access to Gillette's specialty services. The clinic also offers telemedicine (remote) visits with sleep medicine specialists and serves as a hub for our Greater Minnesota services and sites in the area.

Gillette is located in the Lakewalk Center, in Suite 210. Free parking is available in the lot next to the building.
Our Specialty Services
Gillette’s Duluth Clinic offers evaluations and prescriptions for orthoses (braces), seating and mobility equipment, and other adaptive equipment for patients of all ages. We also offer consultations for augmentative and alternative communication devices, electronic aids to daily living, and computer access. Gillette orthotics, prosthetics and seating experts provide on-site evaluations and fittings as part of the clinic team.
Gillette’s Duluth Clinic offers visits with physicians who specialize in rehabilitation medicine. We manage care for patients who have cerebral palsy, neuromuscular conditions, and other complex conditions and injuries. We offer spasticity treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, and we provide maintenance and refills for patients who have intrathecal baclofen pumps. In addition, we collaborate with community providers for patients who need rehabilitation therapy services and primary health care.
Our Duluth Clinic offers telemedicine (remote) visits with sleep medicine specialists who understand the unique needs of people who have disabilities and complex conditions. When indicated, overnight sleep studies take place at our St. Paul Campus.
Our Duluth Clinic neurosurgery specialists assist families in managing a variety of neurosurgical concerns. We offer care and consultations for children and adolescents who have conditions such as brachial plexus injuries, Chiari malformations, hydrocephalus, brain tumors, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, tethered spinal cord syndrome, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, complex movement disorders, vascular disorders and craniosynostosis.
