The 2025 Gillette Children's Partners in Care Fall Conference is designed for primary care physicians and other medical professionals that care for, and treat, complex pediatric patients. The conference is designed to enhance communication and collaboration between specialty and primary care. This is a VIRTUAL and FREE conference.
