Do you know a Gillette patient family that might be interested in joining our Jessie’s Club Ambassador program, sharing their personal care journey and their Gillette story in the community? Our patient ambassadors and their families help raise awareness about Gillette’s mission and the difference it makes in people’s lives.
Ambassadors can choose the activities that fit their child’s and family’s interests and schedule, whether it’s speaking at events and fundraisers, participating in media interviews, representing Gillette out in the community, or appearing in print and social media publications.
Ambassadors Make an Impact While Having Fun
Take Adelynn, for example. Recently, she joined in on Miracle Treat Day by visiting a few local Dairy Queens and encouraging the community to buy Blizzards to support Gillette Children’s. It was a sweet - and tasty - way to make a big impact! Read Adelynn’s story here.
Or Carter Mulvey, who participated in a reverse card signing event with the Minnesota Twins. Custom cards featuring Gillette patients were created that included a photo, hobbies, medical condition, and key stats. Carter signed his card for the pros and helped spread awareness about those living with complex medical conditions. Read Carter’s story here.
If you’d like to share your own Gillette journey and inspire others, or know a family that might be interested in joining Jessie’s Club, please let us know. Visit our website for more details and to apply, or reach out to Elizabeth at elizabethriehl@gillettechildrens.com with any questions. New members can expect to start after the new year, in 2026.
