Who is the Acute Orthopedic Clinic For?
The Acute Orthopedic (ACOR) clinic sees patients who have acute or complex injuries and infections of bones or muscles.
COVID-19 Testing in Minnesota:
Due to COVID-19, the Acute Orthopedic clinic is suspending appointments regarding fevers or acute respiratory (cough, shortness of breath) concerns. If your child has a fever or respiratory symptoms, please contact your primary care provider. The Acute Orthopedic clinic is not a community COVID-19 testing location. Your primary care provider may recommend that your child be tested; they’ll work with you to schedule a drive-up test or clinic visit at one of COVID-19 testing clinics in Minnesota.

- Acute injuries
- Limping or acute change in weight-bearing
- Concern for bone, muscle, or joint infection
