Gillette Children’s Strengthens Board of Directors with Appointment of Four New Members

St. Paul, MN – Gillette Children's, a leader in treating complex brain, bone and movement conditions, is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. These individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization and will play a critical role in shaping the future of pediatric care at Gillette Children's.

Jodi Capistrant, Director and Senior Partner at the Chartis Group, brings nearly 20 years of relevant healthcare experience in advisory services and health system leadership. Patrick Maillet, is Government Relations Counsel for the Legal Services Corporation, where he provides legal analysis and government relations expertise. Mary Maertens, an experienced healthcare consultant and CEO with 30 years of health care organizational leadership experience, currently serves as the President of M4Resources LLC. Anne Meyer, Senior Director, Corporate Controller at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., has over 20 years in combined public accounting and public company accounting experience.

Kathy Tune, current board member and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Marani Health, will take on the role of Chair. The new members will begin their term on the Board of Directors immediately.
