What to Expect at Prosthetics Clinic
At our Prosthetics Clinic, Gillette patients from infants through adult will see many medical experts in one visit, including a prosthetist, orthopedist, physiatrist, physical therapist, nurse. Together these experts evaluate, screen, and recommend treatment for children with limb loss or limb difference. If they may benefit from prosthesis use, then a prosthesis may be prescribed along with a follow up plan. Patients may be seen by Gillette’s prosthetists or a prosthetist of their choosing.

- Coordinate any further testing as needed.
- Work with you to establish a treatment plan.
- Connect you with a prosthetist at Gillette or externally.
