Our Phalen Clinic endocrinology team treats the hormonal and growth-related effects of a wide variety of conditions, including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, juvenile arthritis and more.
Our Phalen Clinic's gastroenterology team treats patients who have gastrointestinal symptoms caused by a wide variety of conditions, including muscular dystrophy, juvenile arthritis, cerebral palsy and more.
At the Phalen Clinic, our geneticists and genetic counselors can assist with diagnosis and help families understand their risk of passing genetic conditions to future generations.
Our Phalen Clinic team includes neurologists and neurology nurse practitioners who manage medical treatment of disorders of the nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves), including epilepsy and seizures.
Neuropsychologists at the Phalen Clinic assess how disorders of the nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves) affect learning and behavior. We conduct evaluations, help patients improve their skills, and track changes.
The Pediatric Expert Consult provides direction for parents or caregivers of children who are unsure of how to best medically help their child. Our Pediatric Expert Consult is a virtual appointment with a Gillette pediatric provider who specializes in complex conditions.

Many patients who have conditions that affect the bladder or bowel can improve their function and independence with the help of pelvic floor biofeedback therapy at our Phalen Clinic.
Psychiatry at Gillette
Our Phalen Clinic psychiatrists manage the mental health needs of patients who receive other services at Gillette. Treatment options might include psychiatric counseling or medications.
Our Phalen Clinic offers appointments with rehabilitation medicine physicians, who manage care for patients with a wide variety of complex conditions and injuries, including cerebral palsy. We conduct on-site spasticity evaluations and offer treatments such as injections of botulinum toxin.
Our Phalen Clinic offers visits with sleep medicine specialists who understand the unique needs of people who have disabilities and complex conditions. When indicated, overnight sleep studies take place at our St. Paul Campus.
Gillette Children’s offers many of our rehabilitation services in a virtual care format. Appointments are available to new or existing patients. Patients are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our Phalen Clinic offers a full range of orthotics, prosthetics and seating services. In addition to orthoses, prostheses and splints, we offer collaborative evaluations for augmentative and alternative communication devices, mobility and seating equipment, and other types of orthotics, prosthetics and seating.
Psychiatry at Gillette

The Phalen Clinic features a therapy gym, a kitchen and a treatment bathroom for practicing everyday skills. We offer appointments with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists in an environment designed to meet the needs of adults who have disabilities.

Transition Services for Teens and Young Adults:
Our Phalen Clinic offers support, counseling and resources to help patients make the transition to adulthood and adult-focused health care. Providers, therapists and social workers collaborate with families to assess needs and navigate adult services.
Our Phalen Clinic offers urology care for adult patients who have conditions that affect the kidneys and bladder. We also provide care related to neurogenic bowel and bladder management and to sexual function.
